Delay and miss connection flight
I had a bad travel experience with United Airlines and I came across this Consumer Advocacy Site (Nonono.io) that and decided to give it a try. Things started to happen pretty quickly, and within a few weeks I was offered an apology from United, and compensation for missed flights, a voucher for a future ticket, and possibly help with the Jersey rental car.
